Giving Back is Golden

Gal-Holding-GoldPacific Precious Metals, Sausalito and San Francisco’s premier precious metals dealer, is proud to offer its clients multiple ways to liquidate their unwanted jewelry, fine silverware, and other precious metals. In addition to buying and selling precious metals and gemstones of all types, Pacific Precious Metals will donate 100% of the proceeds from your unused, gifted, or inherited precious metals and jewelries to philanthropic organizations of your choice or to local Marin schools.

How does this service work?

  • Our certified appraisers will evaluate your jewelry and other unwanted precious metals, notifying you by phone or e-mail of the total value.
  • As an experienced precious metals dealer, Pacific Precious Metals will get the best price for your unwanted precious metals to maximize your donation.
  • You will have the opportunity to decide whether you would still like to donate all or a portion of the value, or have the proceeds returned to you.
  • Donations can be made to a non-profit or charity of your choice.

Pacific Precious Metals is also pleased to partner with the Reed Union School District and the Mill Valley School District through Kiddo!. In addition to the entire proceeds from your donated precious metals, PPM will donate an additional 5%. So for every $1 worth of precious metal you donate, $1.05 goes to support local Bay Area Schools.

After filling out the form below, both PPM and the Foundation will be notified of your intent to donate jewelry. Then someone from Pacific Precious Metals will contact you to find out your preferred method for delivering your jewelry (pick up, mail-in, or in-store). Once evaluated, Pacific Precious Metals will call and/or email you with the total value of the jewelry. You can then decide if you still want to donate it, and if so, part or all of the total. If you decide that you do not want to donate it after finding out the value we can return the jewelry to you. Of course, the donation is tax deductible.
